So weve had a very busy weekend! Last night we held our psychic event which was brilliant. Everyone got a reading and Carolyn did an amazing job at getting round every group. Then today 14/06/2026 we have attended the NODA awards as we were nominated for best panto with The Grinch and Ben (The Grinch) and Becky (The Mayor) were both individually nominated for outstanding performance. Unfortunately we didn't win but were so proud of the nomination. Thank you to all our audiences who support us. It means the world to us that people pay money to watch us doing what we love. Also a huge shout out to our backstage crew. They are just as important as those on stage and make us look and sound fabulous (also ensuring props are on and off stage in time! ) Our next production is our adult panto and tickets are available here... www.ticketsource.co.uk/blythplayers.

The Wizard of Oz Family Panto Wrapping up the show! The Wizard of Oz in May 2026 was a hit! Huge kudos to our fantastic director, Becky Jones. Thanks to our incredible audiences during the 5 performances. It's been an amazing journey! Dorothy made it home, the scarecrow discovered his brain, the tin man found his heart, and the lion uncovered his courage. Dorothy has hung up the ruby red slippers.

Nominated for NODA Awards 2026 The Grinch the Pantomime has been nominated for the prestigious Best Pantomime category this year. Benedict Westoby & Becky Nelson have also received individual nominations for their outstanding performances in a Pantomime.

The Grinch The Family Panto Congratulations to the entire cast and crew of The Grinch pantomime, presented by Blyth Players! 🎭💚 What an incredible achievement for everyone involved. A huge well done to the talented cast, director Benedict Westoby, choreographers Becky Westoby and Elizabeth Smith, and all the backstage team who helped bring this fantastic production to life. The response from audiences was overwhelming, with the entire run selling out and an additional performance date being added to meet demand – a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of everyone involved. You should all be incredibly proud of what you've accomplished.
